What Did You Like Most

• The role playing and games, relating the scenario of game transaction with customer in real time.
• The use of video clips was excellent.
• The methods/tools which can be used at the work. Simple and thoughtful presentation.
• Lots of games to get the concepts in a good practical approach.
• Group exercise, media presentation with clippings.
• The faculty liked the contents to situations encountered often at work. This was very helpful.
