What Did You Like Most

  1. The role playing and games, relating the scenario of game transaction with customer in real time.
  2. The use of video clips was excellent.
  3. The methods/tools which can be used at the work. Simple and thoughtful presentation.
  4. Lots of games to get the concepts in a good practical approach.
  5. Group exercise, media presentation with clippings.
  6. The faculty liked the contents to situations encountered often at work. This was very helpful.
  7. Clarity of presentation, methodical, well thought out structure, exercises were interesting & relevant.
  8. The individual exercises and group activities. The clips used to demonstrate the scenario were too good.
  9. Communication (fluency) and video clippings shown for explaining effectiveness and aggressions/affirmative was so nice and suitable for the training.
