Sujatha Singh

Sujatha is an astute and passionate Training professional with over 12 years of diverse experience and knowledge in Customer Relationship Management Recruitment, End to End Strategic Sourcing, and Training Solutions.

Sujatha has extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing training and HR interventions for varied organizations . In her last assignment at Inventurus Knowledge Services(KPO/LPO) as Manager-HR and Training, she helped set up the HR and Training SOPs of a new Start Up organisation and ensured that the HR and Training Teams were ISO27001 certified. She has been training professionals in Aviation, telecom, manufacturing, and ITES industries in Process and Technical Training, Communication and competency based Trainings. At CFCI(Countrywide Financial Corporation International), Sujatha lead a team of 12 communications trainers, 3 Training co ordinators, 6 Technical trainers, 4 behavioral Trainers and 2 AMs who she mentored & developed to achieve better VOC and Training Effectiveness.

Sujatha is a Certified Professional Behaviourial Analyst (DISC Profiling) from Target Training Internation,USA. She has exceptional organisational and planning skills and an ability to continuously define and improve processes. Sujatha has conducted Leadership and behavioural workshops for senior managers and organisational leaders of companies like GENPACT, TATA SONS, IVY Comptech and Jet Airways. Being a certified Voice & Language Trainer she has trained over 1500 participants in English Language Neutralisation and Soft Skills. She is also a Certified Master Trainer and has conducted several T3 (Train The Trainer) workshops. Her expertise is designing and delivering training programmes on Business Communication, Leadership, Customer Service Excellence and Business Presentation skills.
