Rajesh has worked with organizations involving effectively in responsibilities as a Consultant Trainer. He has been responsible for design and delivery of various workshops on Communication, Management Development, Motivation, Customer care and Positive Attitude.

He is currently working as a full time Consultant in conducting effective workshops for IT/ITES, Manufacturing, PSUs, and the Government Sector. He also handles Skill builder programs, Group Discussion & Interview Handling skills for the Management and Engineering Colleges. He is a part of the R & D team at iExpert.

Rajesh has graduated with Masters in Business Management - Human Resource as his specialization. He is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA).

He has over 8 years of professional experience. He has been instrumental in training over 12000 participants on subjects of Communication, Organizing Skills, First Time Leader, Customer Management, Motivation & Positive Attitude and Work Ethics.

As a trainer; he has clocked more than 10000 hours of soft skills training.
