She has been responsible for design and delivery of various programs in Leadership, Change Management, Performance Management, Customer centric Selling, Effective Business Communication & Presentation Skills, and Management Development Programs.

She moved from her assignment at SQL Star International Ltd. to set up eXpert Solutions at Bangalore. eXpert Solutions is now called iExpert. She is a full time Consultant engaging in Client Servicing, Content Designing and Delivering workshops focusing on Employee Engagement for various industry verticals.

Sanghamitra has done her Post Graduation in Marketing Management and is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA).

She has certificate from IIM-B on Talent Management in Leadership.

In her assignments, Sanghamitra was responsible for Operations & Marketing along with Managing Business Associates and was instrumental in bringing about consistent profitability. She has also been responsible for implementing ISO 9000.

As a trainer : She has clocked more than 12500 hours of soft skills & OD training. She has trained over 12000 Senior Managers to Front line staff in Performance Appraisal conversation, Business Communication, Leadership communication coaching for senior managers, Presentation Skills, Organizing Skills, Interviewing skills, Customer Management, Leadership skills for first time Managers & senior Managers and about 2500 people on Performance Management alone.

She has handled training assignments for a number of blue chip organizations. They range from IT organizations, KPOs, Petroleum sector, Defence and Aerospace Organizations and the Service sector. She has also trained IT professionals on the Philip Crosby Methodology of Personal Quality.
